RouteOne Lender Integration

A Better Way to Connect Dealers & Lenders

Connecting thousands of dealers and finance sources in North America for vehicle financing, RouteOne’s platform delivers a comprehensive suite of F&I solutions across multiple channels: in-store, online, mobile, and via third-party solutions.

RouteOne was formed in 2002 by Ally Financial, Ford Motor Credit Company, TD Auto Finance, and Toyota Financial Services to improve the F&I process for automobile dealers and their customers. Its flagship products include credit applications, eContracting, compliance, desking, and online/mobile retail services. In addition, RouteOne enables dealer choice across a wide variety of best-in-class providers through open integrations with over 125 DSPs. More information is available at

Integration with DeskManager

DeskManager's time-saving interface can pull information from any deal and send it to RouteOne, where lenders compete to offer your customers the best financing deals. From now on, you'll never need to log onto a website and enter information twice.

When you access your RouteOne account after uploading new DeskManager information, you'll see a detailed history of credit applications you've uploaded from DeskManager. You'll also be able to view expanded performance reports that highlight recent trends in your deals and finances.

How to Get Started

Visit RouteOne's registration page to sign up for a RouteOne account or to register your existing RouteOne account with your DeskManager software. The approval process normally takes 1-2 business days.

After your RouteOne account is activated and you've received your Dealer ID, log in to DeskManager and open up a deal you'd like to send to RouteOne. At the top of the Deal screen, click Lender > Submit to Lender Network. Choose RouteOne from the Lender Network dialog box that follows, and hit OK.

Be sure to enter the Dealer ID you received from RouteOne in the top right box of your credit submission.
