It Starts with the Cars...
To begin working with WebManager, you first need to get some vehicles into your
inventory. This process has been made as simple as possible, and, with vehicle
uploads from DeskManager, this process can even be automatic.
To add a new vehicle to your WebManager inventory manually, you would simply
enter the vehicle’s VIN number. WebManager will decode the VIN and explode the
vehicle’s details for you. If you are uploading vehicles from DeskManager, you
can opt to send your vehicle details as-is, or use WebManager’s VIN decoder.
Once the vehicle is in the system, you can finalize certain details such as the
mileage, color, and service history.
Photo management is simple as well. You can select and upload up to 60 photos
per vehicle all at once, and add, remove, and rearrange photos at any time.

payment dispute, you can file an Unpaid Item dispute and monitor any responses,
again without having to log in to eBay.
If you have a winning bidder, the vehicle is automatically marked sold, and the
winning bidder is added as a contact in your WebManager Control Panel so you
can easily communicate with them to complete the transaction.

Keep in Touch with Lead and Contact Management
Using WebManager, leads can be generated by a few different sources. eBay
listings and several pages on your website contain links to forms for users
to make various inquiries. These forms are captured by WebManager’s Lead
Management system and your incoming leads can be accessed through the Control
Panel.
WebManager will automatically create contact records for new leads, and will
keep track of incoming leads by contact. Leads are automatically linked to the
vehicle they are associated with when applicable, so you can see which vehicles

Various reports will allow you to track which of your marketing efforts are

For eBay, you will be able to compare how many auctions you are creating per
month vs. how many of them result in a sale. Because eBay is a global

You can see how many page views you are getting overall and how many views you
are getting on your eBay auctions, and find out which visitors are actually
