Lead Management
Using WebManager, leads can be generated from several different sources. eBay
listings and several pages on your website contain links to forms for users
to make various inquiries. These forms are captured by WebManager’s Lead
Management system and your incoming leads can be accessed through the Control
Panel.
WebManager will automatically create contact records for new leads, and will
keep track of incoming leads by contact. Leads are automatically linked to the
vehicle they are associated with when applicable, so you can see which vehicles
generate the most interest.
You can reply to leads using WebManager’s powerful text editor to easily create
professionally formatted messages and include images from your image library
without any knowledge of HTML. Replies are recorded and sorted by lead and by
contact so you can view a history of your communications.
You can record additional information for contacts such as alternate phone
numbers and conversation notes. When you complete a sale, you can select a
contact on the Sale Detail screen so you don’t have to re-enter the buyer’s
details.
