It Starts with the Cars...
To begin working with WebManager, you first need to get some vehicles into your
inventory. This process has been made as simple as possible, and, with vehicle
uploads from DeskManager, this process can even be automatic.
To add a new vehicle to your WebManager inventory manually, you would simply
enter the vehicle’s VIN number. WebManager will decode the VIN and explode the
vehicle’s details for you. If you are uploading vehicles from DeskManager, you
can opt to send your vehicle details as-is, or use WebManager’s VIN decoder.
Once the vehicle is in the system, you can finalize certain details such as the
mileage, color, and service history.
Photo management is simple as well. You can select and upload up to 60 photos
per vehicle all at once, and add, remove, and rearrange photos at any time.

If you have a winning bidder, the vehicle is automatically marked sold, and the
winning bidder is added as a contact in your WebManager Control Panel so you
can easily communicate with them to complete the transaction.
