DeskManager 11.92.4 Is Released

This afternoon, we released another big update to DeskManager. Version 11.92.4 adds Wolters Kluwer Bankers Systems® forms, a brand-new Curtailment system for flooring, the ability to import vehicles (and photos) from WebManager to DeskManager, a number of enhancements to the Lease module and expanded support for our Canadian customers.

Electronic Bankers Systems® forms. From now on, you'll be able to purchase Wolters Kluwer Bankers Systems® forms that can be edited right within DeskManager and printed on plain paper. At launch, we have Bankers Systems® retail installment contracts and lease contracts for California, Texas, Florida, Illinois and Arizona. We've acquired these contracts for all 50 states, and will be adding them to DeskManager as time goes on.

Curtailment. Now you can manage your dealership's flooring balance effectively by keeping track of payment schedules, interest and fees. Our curtailment system was beta tested by several dealers during the last DeskManager release, and now it's open to everybody.

Import photos and vehicle data. For the first time, you can bring vehicle photos and features you've added to WebManager back into DeskManager. If you use AutoManager.Mobile to scan vehicles into WebManager with your smartphone, this gives you an easy way to sync your inventory. Look for this feature under File > Import from WebManager.
