Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases from AutoManager. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions, such as those in our product license agreements. Your purchase of any products from AutoManager constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read and agree to these policies.
Payment and Taxes
You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase, and that AutoManager may charge your payment method for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your account. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES.
Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax; such sales tax is based on the bill-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the product. We will charge tax only in states where digital goods are taxable.
Shipping and handling charges are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. You must notify AutoManager within 21 days of the date of your invoice or acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged.
Note that under the terms of these policies, not all products may be returned. You must contact us directly before you attempt to return qualifying products to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number for you to include with your return. You must return qualifying products to us in their original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees. If you fail to follow the return instructions and policies provided by AutoManager, AutoManager will not process returns for any products that are lost, damaged, or modified.
All sales are final and no refunds will be given. As most of our products are digital software or services it is impossible for you to return these products to us for a refund.
We have fully functional trials available for our software and subscription services. We encourage you to test the software to be sure that it works for you and meets your needs before you decide to make a purchase.
If you find a bug in our software, you can report it to firstname.lastname@example.org, and it will be fixed at the earliest available opportunity. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund.
In rare instances, and only within 30 days of purchase, AutoManager may offer refunds at our sole discretion. You must contact AutoManager to request a refund, and we reserve the right to refuse your request.
We will not issue refunds if:
- You just change your mind
- You choose not to use our product
- You find that our product doesn't suit your needs
Refunds are only issued to the registered name and payment method provided for the original purchase.
